  9. IconDesigner 3.0 is an ICON editing program. This program can be used to edit any ICON or ICN# (an ICON list) that is stored in the resource fork of any file. It offers the following features:

  11. 1. The ICON editing mode supports all cut, copy, paste, and undo commands. You can cut and paste ICON data from one file to another. You can also scale PICT data created by another application into any ICON.

  13. 2. Many transformations are available. The transformation can be on the entire ICON or on the selection region. For info about custom transformations, see Displays Menu help screen.

  15. 3. Three display options are: The ICON, the ICON and its mask (as displayed by the Finderfun) and a grid of ICONs for building larger ICON objects.
